<!--start of story text-->Changi General Hospital (CGH) has been helping one of its doctors get back on his feet after he admitted that he wore a schoolgirl's uniform and exposed himself to a student.
The efforts have led to Ivan Ngeow Ko Yen, a specialist in geriatric medicine, being allowed to see patients again.
A hospital spokesman said he remained under the close supervision of his head of department.
On Tuesday, Ngeow, 37, pleaded guilty to insulting the modesty of a female university student in 2010.

i am not siding this doctor but i have something to say! recently, i see all these high profile pple kanna for infidelity, patronising prostitues. i personally think that there is no right or wrong. imagine a teacher facing young kids at school, will you want him to play with your children instead? i believe when a person is too straight with no vices, something is wrong with his mind. either he is as wicked as lky's cronies or he has political motivation. just look at some of the pple up there in the helm, their mind are screwed.

last time, in my reservist, i was one of the few "pioneer" who started this joke. it was unintentional when i said someone was paedophile. it ended up me being tekaned and paid heavily for my big mouth...:(
