haha, this i totally agree.there are alot of genuine and sincere and also able men in singapore.last time and now!!! the problem is the 'OnlyOne' want only 'Mr YesSir Man'!!! He want someone to answer yes only and not a 'No'... even if the solution is really not a solution!!!

Alot of good and wise people will shun away from politics because of this kind of 'Mr Yes' man system and also, however sincere and good you are, if you are not from the 'OnlyOne' sensitive range, you will never ever get to go up up up and take the power from the 'OnlyOne'!!!

That's why in a small place like Sinkie, you'll never find the best in anything. Finland, a country with a small population, had to innovate because of circumstances, and managed to produce what has become Nokia.

Also, the S'pore govt. is run like a business. If a Nokia type company were to be started up, some GLC will come in and start its own company and compete with it and put it out of business.
