粵港多個執法部門聯手破獲一宗越南人蛇案
【星島日報報道】粵港多個執法部門聯手破獲一宗越南人蛇案，一條龍運送越南人從内地偷渡來港、偽造假身分證並安排工作。警方昨日拘捕14人，當中9人是集團骨幹成員，以及5名越南非法入境者，内地公安另拘11人，包括6名骨幹及5名人蛇。據悉運送人蛇的5米長電動舢舨簡陋，沒有救生設備，在風浪下來港存在很高的生命危險。
警方O記署理警司關競斌表示，警方收到情報一個專門販運越南人蛇來港集團，先到越南招募有意偷渡的人蛇，然後安排從越南偷渡到廣西再輾轉到深圳匿藏，到時機成熟再從水路送人蛇到香港。關競斌指，集團分工非常精細，人蛇在香港上岸更會安排接送車輛載到市區匿藏點。集團替人蛇安排假身分證，並帶到不同地區找工作。
警方經深入調查後，認為時機成熟，有組織罪案及三合會調查、水警小艇隊、刑事部、入境處等部門，連同廣東省邊防總隊、中國海警，採取代號「勇士行動」。香港警方昨日黃昏，趁集團準備運送新一批人蛇由深圳蛇口到屯門上岸，再坐車到旺角時作出拘捕，突擊搜查港九新界多個地方，拘捕14人，涉及5男4女的骨幹成員年齡介乎28至60歲，涉嫌「安排未獲授權進境者前來香港的旅程」、「協助及教唆非法入境」、「偽造文書」等罪行被捕，及3男2女越南籍非法入境者年齡介乎30至36歲，涉嫌「非法入境」被捕，年齡介乎28至60歲。
警方初步調查所得，集團向每個偷渡者收取1萬元偷渡費，另外再收取1500元假身分證製作費，有部分食肆酒樓僱主可能分辨不到假證而聘請人蛇。
警方檢獲一艘偷運非法入境者、沒有配備救生衣的電動舢舨，約9萬元現金、一批手機等證物。
