中国三大航空央企均已正式向波音索赔。

5月22日，澎湃新闻记者获悉，南航已正式致函波音公司，就波音737MAX停飞及前期订购的737MAX延迟交付造成的损失提出赔偿要求。

自3月11日起，南航已暂停24架波音737MAX飞机的商业运行。据了解，南航已要求波音公司尽快就赔偿方案进行磋商。

至此，包括南航、国航、东航在内的三大航空央企，均已向波音方面提出索赔。

5月22日上午，经澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）记者向国航方面求证，国航已就波音737MAX飞机长时间停飞以及订单无法按时交付所造成的损失，正式向波音公司提出索赔。

此前一天的5月21日，澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）记者证实，东方航空已就737 MAX停飞事件正式向波音公司提出索赔要求。索赔范围包括公司14架波音737MAX自3月11日以来长时间停飞，及公司前期已订购的737 MAX飞机延迟交付所造成的损失。两公司将就此问题保持沟通。

东航也成为国内首家向波音正式提出索赔的航空公司。

对上述消息，波音方面依旧回应澎湃新闻记者称，“我们不讨论我们与任何客户进行的任何沟通。”

3月10日，埃塞俄比亚航空一架波音737 MAX 8飞机发生坠机空难，机上157人全部罹难，这是继去年10月29日印尼狮航空难事故造成189人罹难后，波音737 MAX 8飞机发生的第二起空难。

因两起同型号飞机接连发生坠机事件，737 MAX机型在全球遭到停飞。同时，波音于4月将737 MAX飞机的产能从每月52架减少为42架。目前波音正在为737 MAX能恢复飞行而做准备工作，其中的重点便是更新在两起事故中都因错误因素触发工作的MCAS系统。
