I stay near Clementi, and never thought I can see Bukit Indah from Clementi. Iskandar is really so close physically to Singapore. As Singapore grows it is very hard not for Iskandar to grow also, unless political bridges are burnt.

I notice that Sky Loft is on higher ground than Sky Executive Suites, so the highest floors are going to be pretty visible when completed, moreover BUKIT* Indah is on high ground, higher than surrounding areas like Bestari. For Sky owners, if you're flipping I am sure potential Singaporean buyers will be excited that the condo can even be seen from SG. It will enhance your value. Am not vested btw, just happy for you!

Wufucheng, thanks for the picture. Where did u take the picture in Yew Tee? So excited to see my sky loft from Yew Tee.

Here's the challenge. See Bukit Indah from Sentosa (before we go further to Kusu Island).
 
Wufucheng, u r everywhere clementi, yew tee, luv the photos nice , u got a good unit facing SG,mine facing opposite haiz , can't afford facing SG,chocolate cant sell to Singaporean , only got 1 mth left, next year Singaporean can only buy 1million ppty.

destansooming, facing N also have very nice view and U have the "cow san" Gurung Pulai, so haiz not
 
I have a SE facing unit in sky executive suites, the NW facing one is a little bit warmer in afternoon. If I got a hill behind my house, its good fengshui i think.

signed offer letter n SPA for d'fronde last week..
asked the sales person, she said there are still a few units left (ard 10 if i'm not wrong), wonder why it doesn't sell very well towards the end..
maybe bcoz it looks expensive but ppl don't realize that all the discounts n absorptions makes it cheap?

Possibly the cooling measures have dented the mkt, potential buyers are worried abt resale. If its borderline 1M after the rebates, discounts etc, then the future valuation may be below 1M as in the case of Arte, Belelza etc which were sold at gross price abv 500K but are now valued below 500K.
