I am not sure the impact on Aeon for property,,, but at least Aeon is the only shopping mall in JB that u can get ur groceries, entertainment - cinema etc within one mall...

Actually what JB lacks of is the decent shopping mall like in KL... Aeon is no doubt the best among the worst in JB at this pt of time...

From shopper's point of view, AEON is more atas and has good mix of shops/cafes apart from supermart. This particular Jusco supermart isnt very impressive but the best in BI to get organic veg, higher end groceries , also other organic produce like grains, sugar etc. But Tesco has better variety of veg I think. For groceries I prefer to shop in Tesco or Giant as there's no queue. Jusco queue is just too long.
They are all pretty near each other so I dont think it should make a big difference from the investment point. More important the jam along Jalan Skudai I think differentiates it from living on the other side as you can access the Expressway faster during peak times, this may be more obvious once more condo residents move in.

Jusco is bigger with more amenities. Is more crowded with shoppers. More human traffic, so more business opportunities .

sharp investor will move in earlier than these ppls.

True, its quite a goodsize 1 bedder. Can hardly find these sizes anymore in sg market. Even in some JB new launches, sizes are shrinking. SKy tree 2 bedrm only 804sqft nia.

Any body from Sky Executive with unit facing the highway is the noise from the high way manageable? How’s the market for the resale market there, is it moving fast? Wonder is there any website like sg URA website that capture transacted price for the development.

I don't know about the highway noise, but I do know about the view. I can say it is salted egg breathtaking at 6.45-7.15 pm everyday till sianz, is as far as your eyes can see because nothing high storey is blocking sky executive for now and probably for a long time

Hi hippoheyhey,mus appreciate, in SG we wouldn’t have a chance with such spectacular view,if it’s the pigeon hole with such view,you would have paid easily $50k COV ,I wonder how does it look likes for those unit facing the park,I remember buyers are actually paying premium for the unit facing the park as compared to the highway.hippoheyhey how about the home owner-ship there at Sky executive?Are the facilities pack with childrens over the weekend?Thanks.

I'm not complaining, just exaggerating that the view is superb, location superb. 90% empty still, lots renovation going on.
