Question is now how low should their salary be, without compromising their integrity and ability to perform and attract talent.

Some proposed a 70% cut on their current pay. I think this is a good proposition because even after a 70% cut for MR2 and above, their salary is still higher than the all the current top world leaders with highest GDP and our economy is still many times smaller than those countries, LOL.
