Two-cloth cleaning practice

I THANK Mr Lim Zi Zhao for his online feedback, 'Concern over cleaning practice at mall eatery' (Feb 18)
Our practice is to use different cloths to clean cutlery and tables. In fact, to ensure the highest hygiene standard, we have even implemented a two-cloth system to clean tables. The first cloth is to clear the leftovers and the second to wipe the table clean.
We have conducted an investigation with an official from the National Environment Agency. We viewed the closed-circuit TV footage of the date and time of the incident. However, we were unable to establish that the cleaners did not follow our standard practice. Nevertheless, we will monitor the outlet closely to ensure the maintenance of our hygiene standard.

Even looking at the close circut TV , they cannot determine..then they should just throw away the CCTV..or here they watching porn on it...??

Bet with you, Sharon Mak( Senior Mkt Executive) did not watch the CCTV playback, some Choyful Shortlip, or Kang Bu Jian from Fujian ( one of the FT's), viewed the CCTV playback, and saw Madam Kan Pick Ker ( the $800 cleaner), cleaned the leftovers with one cloth, that does it all...and remark what Schultz of Stalag 13 ( Hogan's Heroes), " I SAW NUTHING..NUTHING...that was why, they were unable to established the fact...and they got Colonel Whilem Klink to watch closely and Michelle of the Resistance, who "would only say it once'... I saw NUTHING!

Anybody who knows the meaning of hygiene and has been to any Singapore hawker centre, coffeeshop or food court, knows that there's no such thing as hygiene.

Look at the soy sauce and pepper shakers, these are collected together on the same cart top as dirty greasy dishes together with drinking glasses by the same people with the same hands. Look at how these are washed, one-second dip in soap water and one-second dip in water. Both pails seem to be used for 24 hours. I wouldn't be surprised if soy sauce and pepper shakers have been in use for 24 years without cleaning.

In SINkingpore, YOU EAT IN FAITH.....even the Rattus NEA cover their own backsides....whomever in charge of overseeing the cleanliness is allowed to go scot free...and you die from Indian Rojak Food poisoning, it is a MISADVENTURE..and who ask you to have underlying health conditions & still want to eat 'dirty food'?...

So you eat in FAITH!

:D

Wait till some massive food cases really shut down that place!

Wasn't that place reported of rats doing somasauts at the roof top before?

There was a former sammyboy forummer who used to operate such establishment!!

It will still be a MISADVENTURE!!

I think it's time for George Michael to come in now!

Well I guess it would be nice
If I could touch your body
I know not everybody
Has got a body like you

George Michael " Faith"

But I've got to think twice
Before I give my heart away
And I know all the games you play
Because I play them too

Oh but I
Need some time off from that emotion
Time to pick my heart up off the floor
And when that love comes down
Without devotion
Well it takes a strong man baby
But I'm showing you the door

'Cause I gotta have faith...
( abridged)

Not that FAITH...faith that you eat you won't have to surrender you National Registration Identification Card to the ICA...who will tell you CU!:D

You go to any Indian rojak stall at 8 p.m. and take a look. Say half or more of the cabinet is still filled with food. You walk off and come back at 9 p.m. The stall is closed. You walk off and come back tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. The stall is opened with the cabinet full of food. What do you think?

- The rojak stall managed to sell everything within last hour of business last night (and apparently every night)?

- The rojak seller threw away so much leftover last night (and apparently every night)?

I have faith neither.
