Another issues is staffing and need to hit local quota. Local people are mostly educated at least diploma so won't go to fnb plus low pay and saw jobstreet put 2.2k which nobody wanna go. Can consider yellow ribbon staffs but also got risk tat they got attitude problem and also awol.
