A 26-year-old electrician is living proof that being beautiful is not always an advantage, as she has been refused more than 50 jobs for being too good-looking.
According to an article on tydknow, Sian Willcocks from Lincoln has been struggling to find a job since September, but to no avail.
The mother of a seven-year-old boy who studies at university is supposedly so beautiful that employers are afraid that she will distract male workers.
For the past three months, she has been sent off by over 50 employers.
"I do feel sometimes I’m being treated differently because they see me as this slim, pretty, ditzy blonde," said Willcocks, who is stunned by the sexism she has encountered.
Willcocks is in need of a solid job before Easter, so as to pay for her school fees, and exams, and son's child care.
