No point to clean ocean when man's civilization still exist to destroy more than just oceans. Rid human population and civilized living 1st. The ocean the air the forest etc will start to automatically heal themselves as soon as CB human stop killing them.

A solution is a way that can work, not necessarily be perfect.
Nuke will cause collateral damages to nature but will sufficiently rid the MASSIVE CONSUMERS aka 8 billions (& Increasing) over-population. If you don't reverse it, undo it, destroy it, rubbish it and PUNISH it, it will continue and repeat the SUICIDE & SELF-EXTINCTION ways. Humanity or Kind Civilization to Squander Resources and Ruin Earth & Pamper Billions is a TOXIC POISON & SUICIDE DRUG. Nuke is the EXACT ANTIDOTE for it.
