How did those locusts taste? I had them once - tasted like potato chips. If it's dry and crunchy, I'll try. I draw the line at those large beetles with meat in them.

And how do I say this? Short hair, dark nail polish - yum.

Yeah. still don't understand my pics of food look so different from joetys. Also using photo awesome and photo plus. Many of the pics are better than the ones in the restaurant menus.

Regarding earlier post on alcoholic drinks ban, heard from 7-11 boss they did not received any instructions yet but maybe later.

Here's a quick lunch at Fuji, not exactly aroi but enough to neutralize last night's alcohol. Also order a hot sake to go with sashimi.

Appetizer. Shashimi

Main Dish. Hot plate seafood

Miso soup.

And of course, the main dish of the main dish.

Paiseh la I only know how to eat. The bugs shown here are typical Isaan and is known as maeng-ser-din these are small locusts and take like buttery nuts. Aroy mak mak. Same here the big beetles I also don't dare to eat but small beetles I am alright.

Hey Chang man, I saw a guy selling beer glasses and bought myself half a dozen small Singha beer mugs. Also saw they have very very large Chang glasses got two for you. Will pass to you next week with the pepper.

I too would have guessed Emerald but maybe that's too far away. Second guess would be some apartment. Top left hand corner you can see Esplanade, True Building, the Amanta serviced hotel etc. Further up you can see Central Plaza. They're building condos next to that for 70k baht per sq m. Anybody thinking of buying or looking?

Don't worry, this one very normal if the rain is heavy and continuous for 30 mins or more plus high tide and poor drainage. Usually 2-3 times a year but definitely not 1 in 50 years time.
