I was in West Coast park sometime ago and there was an advisory board warning late joggers of an elusive monster that preyed on charbors. I don't know if that bugger has been caught. Another way, you tell us what time you will be jogging and maybe some warm-hearted SBForumers here might be willing volunteers to watch your back for you...

The SPF is really substandard nowadays. NJH must decide whether he wants the SPF to just deter crime or to solve crimes and also deter crime. Putting up a notice board like that will let everyone know that SPF is looking for the culprit. Will he remain at West Coast? Obviously not...it will deter molest at West Coast, but did SPF solve the proble? NO!!! SPF merely transferred the problem from West Coast to East Coast, YiShun, tec...the molester will move to other places and crime will proliferate in SG.

The SPF shd solve the crime by doing it quietly...lay an ambush for the culprit. get plain clothes Police to hide and get a SPF chiobu to lure and trap the culprit. that's the way to solve and reduce crimes in SG.

the SPF shd learn from pest control services. It's known as termite treatment.
