I think is inclusive of OT, meal allowance, Bonus., shift allowance. If you deduct all these "incentives" you probably bring home only 1300 gross. Differentiate between employers marketing gimmick and reality.
I remember once in the not too distant past, a famous F&B boss told msm that he published $5000/per month job for a dish washer, and no Singaporean wanted to take up that job.
