You have no idea of what the spoiled vote means. It means they don't like any of the candidates standing for election enough to support him/her. In this case, the percentage is minuscule. What if enough voters are fed up of all candidates that spoiled votes reach 50% of all votes cast? Do you think whoever wins the election will be able to go about doing what was promised easily or they will be on their toes because they know their support base is extremely insecure?
