桃園市長美公司前年底購買一架波音747客機,放置桃園國際機場管制區內,卻遭不明人士竊走客機內價值3000多萬元儀器零件,長美公司今天召開記者會,質疑國安有漏洞,決定向桃園機場、長榮航太等公司提告。桃機公司則表示,法規規定航空器所有人應負保管責任,而桃機的電子圍籬、監控系統等安全設備,目的是維護安全秩序,並非監控航空器本體,因此沒有國安問題,機場公司並無相關保管責任。

長美公司負責人吳明龍今天在律師陳麗玲陪同下召開記者會,陳麗玲說,長美公司於2017年12月向泰國東方航空公司購買波音747客機,由於該飛機是委由長榮航太負責維修,2018年1月由長榮航太書面通知交機,當時飛機停在機場管制區內,無法上機檢查,沒想到長美公司於當月底登機檢查時,發現客機起落架控制桿、左右航向儀、陀螺儀、姿態儀、磁羅盤等32項零件遭人拆除竊走。
長美公司當下則立即向航警報案,桃機公司無法交代零件為何不翼而飛;長美公司指出,機場國門竟有小偷任意攜帶飛機零件進出,認為國安出現重大漏洞,而偷竊零件若被誤用在其他飛機使用,恐怕會引發航安危機。
長美公司表示,該客機重要零件遭竊,尤其該機停在機場管制區,桃機公司還是要收取560萬元停管費根本不合理,將向桃機公司提起民事訴訟,要求退還停管費,另外也將重新對長榮航太提告,維護權益。
桃園機場公司對此表示,法規規定航空器所有人應負保管責任,而桃機的電子圍籬、監控系統等安全設備,目的是維護安全秩序,並非監控航空器本體,因此無長美公司所指稱之國安問題,機場公司並無相關保管責任。
桃機說,停放於桃機的航空器均應依「桃園國際機場股份有限公司經營機場專用區設施收費基準」收取停留費用,至於長美公司所積欠的停留費,桃機已依法辦理行政執行。
