Hi, I've collected my Ujana 18th floor keys with the 9k late interest waived. Now pending for my third floor unit with late interest of 11k+.. Hopefully it will be waived too as I've been chasing my lawyer non-stop... Hopefully I can move in to my third floor unit before CNY.. cheers..

Both towers construction will be completed by end of the year. Interior, painting, etc.. will be by May/July 2013. So the keys collection by end of 2013 should not be a problem. Was on site today. Took a couple of pictures from 17th floor. Will post later.

As far that I know, the location should be very near to NH. Not Jusco. Just G & T. Just take this as pinch of salt. I don't intend to create any rumours but this shopping mall is on their pipeline. Just sharing what I heard.. cheers.

There will be 2 shopping malls heading to NH area.. Got the news internally from Iskandar main developer.. Although I don't own any NH unit, I believe it is a good buy cause I like MBuilder a lot. :) Owned 7 units of HResidence by MB & looking forward to collect keys in end of 2013.
