Serious Australian Condos and Apartments with many defects!

The void decks of some old HDBs are like that too. Many older shophouse, condo or apartments are worse and migrants workers are staying there.
 
In kangaroo land...don't buy apartments and units....buy house with land..
 
What happened to Sydney high end apartment forced to evacuate due to unsafe just after moving in.
