【經濟日報專訊】麥當勞昨推「三高超級肥仔餐」,將厚牛肉漢堡、薯餅,再加兩塊煙肉,包裝成漢堡包,配以炸薯條及汽水,食一個套餐等於攝取1,270卡路里,熱量等於啃下近6碗飯,需跑3小時才可消耗,食3餐即增1磅。
有心臟科專科醫生提醒,長期攝取過量卡路里,會引致心、腦、血管疾病。
薯餅牛肉加煙肉 去年曾推
麥當勞昨推「超級隊長」系列,被踢爆舊包扮新包,去年年中以「煙肉脆薯漢堡」在部分分店發售,餡料與超級隊長一樣,包括薯餅、牛肉、煙肉、芝士及洋 葱,當時單賣19.5元,套餐29.8元,改頭換面後升價逾1成,單價加幅達19.5%,售23.3元,配薯條套餐則售33.3元,亦加價11%;現配洋 葱圈套餐則需加2元。
香港營養師協會會長林思為直指,超級隊長漢堡極不健康,以同樣有牛肉及芝士的至尊漢堡作計算,至尊漢堡有546卡路里、薯餅152卡路里、煙肉84 卡路里,超級隊長漢堡單一個已有782卡路里,連132卡路里的中汽水及150卡路里的洋葱圈,洋葱圈套餐共攝取1,064卡路里,等如吃了5碗白飯,配 薯條更會多吸收206卡路里。
高卡高脂高鈉 吃3餐肥1磅
吃了「肥仔餐」後,林思為指最少要慢跑2.5小時,才可燃燒所有卡路里,否則吃3個套餐,體重便會多一磅。肥仔餐不單高卡亦有高脂及高鈉問題。
林解釋,男性每天只需攝取2,000卡路里,女性則1,500卡路里,而且只可以有30%卡路里來自脂肪,但超級隊長洋葱圈套餐有53.5克總脂肪,即有45%卡路里來自脂肪,而薯條餐則有43.5%卡路里來自脂肪。
按國際標準,每人每日不應食超過2,400毫克,但一個超級隊長套餐,納含量已達到1,760毫克,佔日常應攝取量逾7成。
麥當勞:着重推廣均衡飲食
麥當勞回覆時強調該公司着重推廣均衡飲食,但並無回應推出高卡包的原因,以及如何平衡消費者的營養健康,至於會否效法美國、加拿大,在兒童餐內加入 健康食物等,麥當勞亦未有回應。林思為批評,食肆常以「限量」招徠,是「玩心理」令消費者瘋狂進食,影響市民的飲食行為,麥當勞推出限時20元優惠餐時, 曾有求診者因便宜及怕「遲了無得吃」,結果1周狂食3至4餐。
心臟科專科醫生鄭長華提醒高血壓及冠心病患者應少吃或不吃為妙,因長期吸納過多卡路里,會引致心、腦、血管疾病。
威院糖尿及內分泌科主管、香港肥胖醫學會主席周振中指,一般從事文職的男性每日更只需1,800卡路里,提醒他們勿以為只吃一個餐便不會超標,因其 他食物亦會攝取卡路里及脂肪,兒童常吃「肥仔餐」,加上少運動,更有機會提早出現癡肥及代謝綜合症等問題。食物及衞生局回應,現時本港沒有法例規定食肆必 須在菜單上列出卡路里。

Remember the good old days when at McD, BK, KFC etc. they displayed individual ala carte menu. Now, they display so-called meals menu full frontal. If you don't ask for it, e.g. when you just want a burger without soft drink and fries, you'll be ordering the whole shebang and get used to it until your stomach believes religiously a meal must comprise burger, soft drink and fries. The worst is you say yes when the cashier ask you if you want an upsized meal, just for 50c or $1 extra.

After police days, I only take two meals per day. I learned that in my US days, just brunch and dinner. Three meals per day is only for soldiers, policemen, athletes, farmers, manual laborers etc. who exert more than enough physical exercise just by working requirements alone.

Thai monks also prove that. They take just two meals per day, pre-dawn breakfast and pre-noon lunch. And mind you, Thai monks eat any and everything offered to them as alms, including all meats. They're surviving healthily in longevity.

It's not what you eat that makes you fat. If you train like Bruce Lee, six bowls of rice may not even be enough. Our stomachs can process and discard all kinds of unwanted toxins (except those fast lethal poisons) that's why and what we shit. It's how much you eat unnecessarily, not for nutritional value or sustenance but for miscultivated appetite that makes you grow fat. Flesh and fats don't grow out of magic, but from foods.

You fat meh, you need Slim10 ? Dangerous lah - not natural. And donno what they put inside too. Overdose can kill you especially your liver first. I took Hydroxycut before. First time, effective during ICT. But, after ICT no use. So, it's your daily activity that counts.

What is slim 10 made of? I'm not using slim 10 but the normal lipo 6.

Nope not fat at all and i have never been fat in my entire life but i still have a bit of fat sticking out below my belly button and it really looks obvious especially when my upper abs are showing thru. I dunno why but i have that stubborn fat around my mid section like most men retain fat there. If i were to lose it naturally i think i would need to do more cardio than i have ever done in my life along with a 100% clean diet which i am unable to do.

Btw i'm also taking tongkat ali but i read that fat burners that are stimulants might interfere with tongkat ali but i'm not really sure anyway i'm cycling off tongkat ali right now.

It may even be a health risk to get rid of it chemically as your body has grown used to it. If you have sons or nephews, advise them to take NS training seriously for the foundation at 18 to 20. After NS, upkeep the exercises until 30. If they stay slim-fit 6-pack V-shaped like me after 30, they've crossed the danger zone. The body has already got used to and tuned to that metabolism and it becomes auto-metabolism regardless of how much or what you eat and drink. However note, the 6-pack ab and rat-muscle-biceps would still be gone without sufficient exercise maintenance, but being at least being slim-fit is there to stay yours until you meet your maker.

Excess fats usually accumulate around the waist for a simple reason. Your waist is around the end of your disgestive. Either it's utilized, excreted or accumulated.

You moron i have a v shape just that my 6 pack isn't that well defined. Like i mentioned before i was never ever fat and i only started exercising and lifting weights seriously a few months back. Prior to that it was on and off kind of thing.

My definition of fat is different from most ppls definition of fat here. Most ppl would have a beer belly distended and they just hope to reduce it but once that shirt comes off it's there but not so bad. For me i look slim with my clothes on just that i just have a bit of tummy fat below my belly button but it's getting smaller in size now after taking lipo 6 just 3 days. Lost 1 kg too. Cardio performance has increased too. I now do weight training along with cardio and my goals include muscle gain and fat loss at the same time which is pretty tough but still doable. I'm on another level.

My last IPPT was still gold. They paid me S$400 and told me no more IPPT for me since I'd be totally discharged. Now, I don't know. Haven't really run for some years. Cpt. GMS went for medical board to be excused from IPPT. I can only be sure that if I run and he chases me, he'll drop dead. If I chase him and he runs, he's also dead.
