Problem is this does not rise to an international cooperative effort. People get caught because they become complacent. Try getting a US/Autralian judge to issue a subpoena over such a trivial matter. Mind you the ISPs could very well get sued if they release personal details.
If you are some stupid person that leave your wifi unsecure anyone could hijack it .............. And you know how easy it is to get into even the secured wifi. I flip open my pc and can see 30 wifi access points. Chance are good to hitch a ride on one.

If I start deleting all threads on this issue, it will only make matters worse. More threads would appear and more searches would be done. I feel sorry for Shanmugam. ALL my married friends have committed adultery at some point in time and I'm sure it's no different outside my circle of buddies.
