its rather complicated but i try to put it in layman terms.

For the past 200 years, Asian countries have suffered some forms of famine or food shortage(more than the europeans), and even in terms of quality of food, we are lacking behind the europeans. This is actually damaging to our genetic make up and is pass on to our future generation.

It is estimated that to repair this very damage due to famine completely, it might take as many as 5 to 6 generations. meaning even if the 2nd generation take in quality food, the damage is already done. this is the precise reason why asian girls have smaller boobs, and we in general are shorter than our white counterparts.

but as things are getting better in terms of quality of life, you start seeing the average height of the asian increasing. the difference is quite dramatic, and can be easily seen in just a few generations. just look at the built of north korean soldiers vs those from the south.

Through years of observation, I finally conclude that teens need to really eat lots of food to outgrow his genetic height limit. Cutting of fats is non-essential during the anabolic phase. This is like bodybuilding and during pregnancy ... you grow fat but it is essential !

Look at guys and gals that are so-called "huge" were actually overfed, obese, and ... perhaps it is these that switch off or on certain types of hormones that remove inhibition on growth. When they are trimmed, they look gorgeous because they are often fleshy (muscles) and tall.

Bodybuilders hate cutting phase.
