Salmon eggs with Japanese rice at the bottom, damn rich man this dish

This is what I ate eventually. The eggs is very very delicious especially when it pops in your mouth and release a little salty and fishy taste. I don't know about this but I suspect cholesterol could be quite high.

One thing I like about Jap dishes is superb hygiene and superb layout. And one thing I always wonder, why do Japs make their prawns straight?

The crab looks good too but I won't order it. The pincers are so tiny.

Flower crabs no matter how big, are craps that my grandmother used to eat with lunch porridge LOL

The prawns are very fresh and somehow creamy to the bite, oishi!
