I consider gay sex to be unnatural. But gays are people too, and they can be as diverse as the society they're in.

How they will be treated in society will depend on that society's norms, tolerances. However, I feel we should treat a person not by his/her sexual orientation, but as individuals.

gays are very sensitive pple and have good inituition like women. i am a bit homophobic and slowly getting used to them. they are also human being and they have the right to choose what kind of life they want to lead.

Actually, the way they are treated in society depends on how many poofters there are in government. It appears that there aren't too many at the moment.:D

Most gays are like you and me and carry on with their lives. Its only a few that need to advertise, raise a profile as thought they are being burned at the stakes. Then we have the homophobes, the racists, the bigots and the like.

I do not bother too much about others and have in most of my life only bothered about myself and my own needs, so I never thought too much about how gays felt in society.

Anyways (just sharing), back in the late seventies when I was in Pre-U, a kampong friend came to us during our nightly hangout at the neighbourhood sarabat stall and said some homo with lots of money wanted to befriend him and was willing to make friends - he suggested that we should rob him. So two of us agreed and this friend went on to call this gay fella to tell him he's got friends that want to meet up too!

So, this aqua treated the three of us to seafood at Newtom Hawker centre and said he had two more friends and we could even up. He drove (BMW 2002 Tii!!) us and we ended up at Pebbles Bar (then a gay hangout at Orchard Road) - we went in and he bought dinks for all. Then two more of his gay buddies turned up and he matched me with this one who was a body builder and about ten time my size!!!! Fuck, that dude would be tearing me apart - and we thought we were going to be robbing them! When I saw the bugger, me legs went soft and cold all over - I just wanted to puke. I then told everyone that I wasn't feeling well, excused meself and went on straight home. I never asked what happened later that night and swore never ever to entertain such thougths again. Damn, don't ever fuck with anyone.

My wife worked at a large corporation in Canada. In the office was a high ranking manager, married with kids in their teens, and looked like the perfect husband, man, executive, anyone could imagine. One day suddenly he publicly announced he was gay, had a gay-lover, and wanted separation from his wife. It was quite a social shocker. To us, outside of their circle, it is something of a wise joke we'd crack, but imagine being related.

Personally, I do not know how I'd deal with someting like that if it happened to someone I knew personally, so I would just live and let live, bother with my own immediate things.
