Many ways to make money. But I rather avoid buying such numbers. If profit from non-tragedy cases, it is fine. I rather not profit from peoples' misery and mishap.

KNNBCCB: Not possible. The draws are conducted openly with one of the big 3 auditing firms in attendance. Last time, when 4D numbers depended on last race, lots of kelong.
All jockeys understand the game coz they are well-paid by lottery bosses. Mati mati, one horse CANNOT masuk. Coz if that horse masuk, lottery collectors lose big time. Not difficult not to win. You either ride behind others or make a slow start. Other jockies will assist you in not coming in as a winner.
Don't listen to rumours that Pools will make illegal collectors suffer. They are not capable of that.

Chen Shui Bian's prison number strikes 4D!

Taiwan's ex-president Chen Shui Bian's imprisonment made headlines as he is the first president to be incarcerated. Chen is accused of money laundering, embezzling government funds, taking bribes and forging documents.
The scandalised politician was pictured with handcuffs, and for the first time, the number "2630" on his prison clothes is splashed on the news.
Singaporeans who are in tune with the movers and shakers of Taiwan's politics, picked up the number and laid bets on it for 4D. There were so many takers for the number that by two pm yesterday the "hot" number could not be sold anymore.
Wednesday's 4D results unveiled the number under system entry "6230" as the second prize winner. Those who managed to lay bets on the number "2630" under system entry would be winning up to $3,000.
He might be unlucky but Chen Shui Bian's lucky number might be a "hot" one for the weeks to come.

Forgot to add ................................ illegal collectors in Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia and M'sia use SPools results for their collection. They don't dare based it on M'sian lotteries for fear of kelong.

2 years for the number to come out. Can go broke. Most punters would have given up after 2 weeks. We see many sets of numbers regularly. Fortunately for the syndicates, KGC died early/late by a week. Can't remember but I think 8989 came out top 3 in the week before or after KGC's death.

KNNBCCB: No need be student lah. Just follow what most people know but fail to adhere to. Basically, you should be able to win 3 bets before you lose ten bets consecutively. I bring in 1k and strives to leave when hit 300. My problem, and that of many others, we don't leave when target hit. Once past that, I can't assure you of anything. I monitored this before - out of about 28 days, I managed 300 'wins' 26 days. Only failed 2 days.
Always choose a busy table coz punters are winning there. Join them. Win, carry on. Lose, leave for another table. I always place my bets when a pattern is formed - be it 'leng', ting-tong, highway, 2rm 1 hall, 1 rm 2 hall etc. it is actually 50-50 each time you bet but it is strange how things develop as the game goes on.
I always leave when I lose a bet. When I win, I stay put. Play face up. No need waste time people 'bio pie'. Bet consistently - the amount. Never double your amount whether up or down. If up you double, not so bad coz betting on your winnings. Never ever double up when down. My friend suka suka bet in Genting, lost 8 bets consecutively with double up. Mati.
Beware the days you win early. Coz those days you sure think it is your lucky day and won't leave when target winning is achieved. When down quite badly, no harm play 50 bucks.
You will understand what I mean if you walk around the tables. There will always be tables with a pattern formed over many bets. The question is : were you there when it was forming?
Bro, believe me it works for me. No reason to sabo bros here. Your loss in RWS is not my gain but pain. Remember, DISCIPLINE. Also, do not be greedy. I can advice you but at times, I cannot 'loon' and gets hot when down. Go for kopi break when down. Don't fight the casino head-on. Sure mati and mati a horrible death.
In conclusion, just imagine this scenario - I give you a hammer and instruct you to bring RWS down in a month with that hammer. You probably die of blisters! You need not carry the money of RWS in one night. Not possible.
But, if you are happy with 50g of sand and small stones daily you get by knocking on the walls and other structures, you are a winner. You can never beat the casino by big winnings. Ever heard of decent casinos closing shop coz of gambling losses? All the time, gamblers either run road, refuse to pay or jump without parachute.

No, when he was in detention centre in 2008, his number there 2630 came out second prize I bet in 2008.
Now that he's in prison (prison and detention centre are different), his prison number 1020 came out second prize ordinary last Sunday. He was only sent to prison and got this number last month (or early this month).

2010 I bet and ordinary have been sold out the whole of this year, if you buy at normal times.
Of course, you should be able to buy the number if you buy at 6.30 on Sunday for next Sunday's draw.

Ok. Thanks. Apologies for the sala interpretation. But my point remains - long run, punters bokoke. Operators cai cai. I have yet to hear of established syndicates run road. They have the poon so tang to aid their operation. I know many small time collectors run road. Why? because they heong - not enough volume also fight. Numbers come out 1st, 2nd or 3rd, mati.

4D numbers are completely random even in earlier days when numbers drawn were hung on horses to race out winners, places and starters. In the run-in and buying of numbers by punters, there's no edge it probability that a red hot number will strike. It limit and barrier to excessive buying of a number is simply actuarial balancing for the banker's edge. For example, if a plane XX1234 crashed and too many people want to buy 1234, it may result in a hefty banker's loss if 1234 actually opens. So banker has to limit. It doesn't mean 1234 is any more likely to open.

The last race was significant coz it determines the last number for the 1st prize 4D. If many bought 1234, horse 4 MUST NOT win. So, all jockeys for last race get even amount of angpow from syndicates as long as 4 eat grass.

Well, I'm assuming a fair and actuarial game. After what Equalisation, Mdm. Tang etc. did to or for the jockeys and horses, well, it's out of my league.
