When they expanded to 96 teams format time Singapore has a fighting chance then.
Else another route would be to bid to host the WC as a joint ASEAN bid. Then can auto qualify. Sg can offer national stadium, Jalan Besar and Bishan stadium as WC venues

Learn from Japan's grassroots program for soccer and see how they've succeeded with only 1 black player, unlike European teams which are now more than 50% black. Not denying that blacks have a natural advantage in certain positions - stronger, faster, fitter - but get the basics right first.
