Based on my experience of being a HDB upgrader into a condo, the difference is like day and night. I used to lose my hard copy of the Straits Times, parcels and expensive footwear in the shoe cabinet regularly while staying in a HDB flats, but have never lost a single delivery or any item from my shoe cabinet since I moved into my condo in the early 2000s. Even after returning from overseas, I see several parcels on top of my shoe cabinet that are left untouched.
