Tonight I am very tired 我不想努力了, 我要早早睡可以吗

Initially I tried fasting but not so efficient
There after I switch to running and walking and totally no fasting
Only skip breakfast

Avoid carbs, eat more lean meat. Cut down saturated fats. You will lose weight without exercising. Exercising is more for toning and cardiovascular benefits

Actually breakfast most important. The meal to whack. U toh balek whack dinner. Sometimes I also like this. Bobian breakfast no mookata can only whack at dinner

For recovery , u need protein + carbo

I recommend rice berry instead of white rice.

I buy whenever I am in Bangkok. But you can also get in Singapore at Finest or Sheng Siong.

Don't know whether to say anot ? Losing weight fast unless is really obese. Losing water weight fast. Generally is not a good thing. Losing muscle is also 1 of the few reasons and there are many other reasons which I shall not say.

If u eat usual +cardio +weight training.
Weight actually do not come down fast.
Because u gain muscle weight.

I max max is mixed brown rice with white rice.

So I lost count of the weight
