Actually it was najib who was blackmailed by jho low to build wasteful projects. Not anwar . The east coast railway is one example where payment made upfront by china bank to contractor with 80% penalty upon cancellation. The sabah lng pipeline i think nothing built but bank already released full payment to contractor.
