this involve changing the design and repair all the precast units that was installed and fabricated all over the island .... cannot suka suka change and repair and cause big big follow up throughout the island ...

It is obviously a rubbish project designed to fail right from the start like a ticking time bomb. Should just do a major A&A and remove all ranjiao unsightly chilled water pipes nonsense and restore to a normal aircon usage condition. The PAP minister in charge should resign and then the Gov issue a public apology to all residents on this failed project with proper compensation.

But thanks to kumlans 65.57% vote, the PAP-Gov will just leave it to agencies management and let it rot LOL.
