1) Just want to double confirm that this law has been passed. Am I right?

2) Meaning at anytime, the big pharma can come up with any vaccine, they can literally force it onto you like a lab rat whether you want it or not...... to enrich themselves at your expense? If you fight it, you get a jail term, fine? Is that right?

3) After forced vaccination, if you experience any serious side effects, long term side effects, permanent disability, uplorry, etc..... you are on your own and you are responsible for your own medical bills, etc.... you and/or your family members cannot take legal actions against the government for forcing the vaccine onto you? Is that right?

Noted with thanks. Will still not comply.
It sounds like you are double confirming this before making an important decision to move out of sinkieland. I suggest you go and get a lawyer that understand this part of the law to explain it to you. So you will have no regret before making a big decision.

You got me there. Very important decision indeed. If such a force vaccination plays out (jail and fine), Singaporeans and foreigners starts leaving the country in huge numbers, I will see how Singapore collapse because of complacency. I am pretty sure alot of Singaporeans and foreigners have seen how the people around them died suddenly in sheer numbers soon after the garbage zhams.....

For me, i am pretty straight forward. I just move out. Since i live a women-free life, moving out of sinkieland is relatively hassle-free compare to those who has family commitment. Still, it is doable if you plan properly. This 5 years will be very bad for locals if i am to say and calculate it.

This law they can anyhow change here change there without any consideration for the people but for their own convenience and benefit. How are the citizens going to do well with such a character of the leader who run the country. It is not a good sign. Even if there is no pandemic, i will still leave as this law is staying put unless it is removed.

Iris koh is different, i presume she will stay and fight until the law is changed. Admirable!!

This is a interesting topic.
We need to look at it with a very logical and clear minded mind and establish what the law can do and cannot do.
Even consulting a lawyer might not be useful for this case.

1. Firstly when a gov enforced a law for vaccination, the cost cannot be imposed on the receiver. So when we say that the vaccination program is to prosper the pharmaceutical companies, the gov should be the one to pay them.
However ver, there is no free lunch, gov will pay for it and get it back in other forms.

2. We need to know when gov enforced a vaccine during a pandemic, is it to protect the individual or to protect the public.
During the covid 19 enforced vaccination, anti vac were ban from malls, eateries and even the workplace. But they didn't indicate who actually they were protecting.
The gov cannot enforced someone to be vaccinated to protect the individuals, thus we can assume they think that after vaccination, the chances of us getting infected with virus will be lower, and thus protecting the public.

3. The law enforcer in such case was voted by the public themselves, so they cannot leeject and new law being imposed becos they were the ones to agree to let them rule.
Hence if the public thinks that this is a absurd law, they can protest. But a protest in sg is meaningless, unless the number of protestors is greater than the number of non protestors.
For this I would think the number of non protestors will definitely be greater in number. They would even queue up willingly to have the vaccination for free.

So what can the anti vaxer do about it?
They cannot be protesting like what irish koh has been doing. Becos they are far lesser in numbers. Refer to point 3 above.

As a result of the above analysis, the only way for anti vaxer is to

1. Protest by bloodshed & violence
2. Renounce the citizenship to avoid going to jail.
3. Possibly they can pledge that they will stay at home for their lifetime until the law is revised, to avoid going to jail.
