Many Sinkies complained about the PAP gabrament on fuckwarezone and Reddit Singapore and in the end they voted the PAP.

No, not just Americans. You just need to take a closer look at our neighbors, the Malaysians.

If without gerrymandering & NC, we would have more a balanced Parliament or even a coalition government now.

You just need to look at what Malaysia has done.

It does not create 22,000 new citizens per year to vote UMNO into power.

I voted in my town that always get only 28% opposition voters. I didn't sign up getting screwed since turning 21yo and it get worse thereafter. Today, after looking at the result, send a chill down my spine again.

Those weak opposition parties in multi-corner fights didn't take away much to be the spoiler for the WP. It's not like in Taiwan, blue and white ally together against green.

Anyway the odds are stacked against the opposition with a clearly biased media, and ridiculous gerrymandering.

Some of these small opposition parties have put forward candidates who are homeless, cab/PHV drivers, clerks, deliverymen etc. Please do not split the votes and distract Sinkies from voting for a credible 30% opposition in Parliament, so the PAP does not continue to enjoy unchecked power.

By looking at the results of 2021 & 2025, the lost can be summarised as below :
1. GRC system
2. Quite sizeable of new citizens
3. Poor quality of candidates in certain opposition parties, which caused the overall percentage of votes skewed towards PAP., it has not won more than 60% of votes with presence of WP.
4. Ageing populations
5. Other factors such as gerrymandering, limited financial resources......
