I got flu now and I take flu table and taking additional 525mg of NMN now and trying to sleep early. I want to see if additional dosage of NMN can help me to recover faster

Unfortunately I am down with flu but it is not so serious. I took 3 tablets of NMN in the Morning, 1 tablet of NR after dinner and now I am taking another 3 tablets of NMN and a flu tablet
