Firstly LTA must investigate that working more than 12 hours a day is a violation of HSE policies. It puts at risk the public that uses the roads.

Secondly, from the grapevine, it is heard that many PHV drivers are returning their cars because earnings are meagre and hours are long.
Thus rental companies are currently having a glut in their inventory.
This ride-app is doing a marketing strategy to attract new and gullible drivers into the industry.
I'm not surprise if the company colludes in continuously giving this driver the better fares for a better storyline.
