Firstly, these guys are crude and disgusting......and a bit dumb not to notice the camera flashes, knowing they will be on Youtube the next day.

But its hard to judge without more information:

Why hasn't the woman (if it is a woman?) come forward with a formal complaint?

Whats she doing with these fools in the first place...is she an acquaintance, a friend ... or a paid hooker from some disco?

What was most abhorrent about it is the response from Razor TV interviewees who, far from expressing outrage at this blatant flouting of the law and assault of a woman in front of hundreds if not thousands of people, actually said things like:

"She deserved it because she went (going) to the party."

"It's her choice to be there ... it's a choice that she made .. No one forced her."

"She should know the consequences (of being at the party)."

"it's interesting ... if she was drunk, it's normal I guess ...."

"It is a club ... I think this kind of behaviour is expected."

"She should have run away or walked away ... she should not have just stayed there."

The most classic was the chap who said he would not doing anything if she was not his friend and when asked why, he shrugged and said 'Singaporean'.

Can anyone in the Legal Profession clarify this question: ie, if a person is scantily clad ,and is "asking for monetary exchange "..in this case ( like some posters who were there said ).....this lady was asking for $10 for a photo session..maybe in "compromising position" or "suggestions"....IN A PUBLIC PLACE.
