Why so?
Take for example... The HDB apartment flat. There are all kinds of rubbish now and then in many of the HDB apartment flat stairways. Say, a sanitary napkin wrapper, it could sit for days at the stairways. Or some disgusting unidentifiable mess (vomit or gravy) sitting at the stairways for days.
Now, how much does the resident have to pay for conservancy fee? Depends on whether its 5,, 4 or 3 room flat. If its 5 room flat, Its more than 50 Sing dollars each month. So the residents pay more than 50 Sing dollars each month, and nobody has got issue with the poor maintenance cleanliness of the HDB flat??
Si bay hor pian (very gullible, easily bluff) Singaporeans. Ask them to cough up 50 dollars each month, and they just cough it up, and didn't make any noise on poor conservancy service??
