Why force people to withdraw from SA first then withdraw from OA? Should keep the past practice:
When someone makes a withdrawal request:
1. Take from interest income earned for the year from SA and then OA.
2. After that, take from contributions made for the year from SA then OA.
3. Finally take from SA principle then from OA principle.
