I'm still using few of my Muji organic cotton towels that I bought in 2014. Uniqlo and muji serve 2 different market segments completely
Linen is slso comfortable. I think even better than cotton in hot climate.Actually cotton is a very environmentally unfriendly product n organic cotton is the worst. Huge amounts of water used n low yield. However cotton to me is the most comfortable n affordable clothing. More atas is silk but i cant afford tat

Unfortunately big corporations have lobbied against it.
Hemp is a variant of the cannabis plant but the thc content is very low or non existent. As a crop it's very high yielding and I suspect that's why big companies are against it. During ww2 the parachutes were made out of hemp cloth due to the sudden spike in demand for high quality material.I read its making a comeback after it was prohibited due to its link to drugs. Like alternative energy sources, it's about time the potential of hemp crop gets unleashed.
