During my school days, I have a pair of these (Tonfas) in my bag. Only used them once in a fight. Good for blocking and poking.

A man was recently arrested for carrying a pair of scissors by police officers during anti-crime rounds at Clementi Ave 3. He was aggressive during the arrest, and assaulted 2 of the officers. Besides the scissors, I wonder if the police found paper and stone in his pockets?
