not worth it. she is owed at least $69k, but the best judgment she can get by suing former boss will only give her a $10k payout - max compensation by sinkie law. it will be better for her to sue or settle with agc as agc was also at fault for depriving her of her incum by (false) imprisonment. will incur more legal fees if case goes to court, thus it’s best to settle out of court. whether agc charges parti’s former boss for false poodle leeport, that’s another matter altogether. that kind of infraction only gets punished with a (cheap) fine. lml will retire quietly with hardly a spank.
