Win seats etc is one thing. But what is the percentage of the vote did the Conservative got? Is it like singkieland where is 69.9% of the vote and get 96% of the seats?

Ok it's less than 50% of the vote the conservatives got but more than 50 % of the seats. Still not as disproportionate as singkieland. I am starting to hate the first past the post system

the English are quite liberal, if that's the right word. USA like UK is an advanced democratic country, but no states are allowed to secede from the federation.

43% voted conservatives but they got 365 seats. This is hardly democratic.
This is the result of unfair " first past the post system" which protects the establishment.

In europe, many countries adopt proportional representation. That means, if you get 10% of votes, party get 10% of seats in parliament. If 43%, you get 43% of seats.

Borus dud not want a second referendum because he knew he will lose. A election is biased towards the two big parties. But labour votes were split with lib dems and snp giving conservatives a clear run as only brexit party wuth no split votes.
Labour should have formed a coaItion with lib dems and snp but did not.
