Well said. If all the other races boycott these halal conversions, they will all go under or revert back. No point other races suffer bcos of a minority.
They will not revert as their food processing facilities also cater to jiu hu and batam and it must be halal certified.

So let me ask. Why is it there can be Malay halal food stalls in hawkee centers and coffee shop co existing with non halal food stalls?

You are confusing the different and separate sections found within an entire eatery as being one and the same. Food prepared within those sections are done according to different culinary skills, ingredients or in the case of Muslims, "halalness".

Except for the issue of "pork" and "lard", "halal" involves saying some prayers in appreciation before the chicken or whatever animal is slaughtered. I have find it very noble in some ways.

I have no problems with this just as I, a Christian, have zero problems eating the food that has been offered to my deceased grandparents as part of my family's yearly cultural practice of ancestor worship. All I do is scoop out, if there are any, the ashes from the joss stick or burnt money/prayer paper offerings before eating the food.

Only the deranged loonies and rabid fanatics, especially those Christians who want to out-Christians established Christians, think it is a HUUUUGGGE fucking problem eating halal food, or food prepared and offered for ancestor worship.

If you want to eat, go ahead and eat it. If you don't want, then don't.

If you think an eatery is shit for converting to "halal-ism", then don't patronise it. It is as simple as that.

It's a commercial decision. If the company believes it's profitable to be "halal", they will do it. If not, they won't. It's as simple as that.

Nothing to do with Muslims agitating for A&W to do so or "impose that on EVERYONE".

It's the same reason why most Chinese-run eateries don't bother going halal because Muslims are not their target consumers.

It's the same reason why some Chinese-run eateries go "halal" because they want to include Muslims as their target consumers.

It's the same reason why "rendang burgers" or "Hello Kitty" toys are not served in certain countries since what appeals to the consumers in such countries differ.

Businesses are profit making enterprises. They are not social enterprises. Anyone who sets up a business is doing so to make money and not to take on any altruistic or social causes.

Spoken like a jihadist pig who supports all forms of islamization of the public space. Still masquerading as a christian, you filthy mohammedan pig?

A&W has succumbed to the The tyranny of the 15% Mudslimes minority yet again.

It's ok, just depend on mudslimes customers like u

How to argue with a low IQ person. Concept of reasoning is absent from low IQ races. You can save your breath ... talking to a wall is better, at least there is echo.

And you wonder why some races are being look down upon.

As I've said in an earlier comment, Malay-Muslims are fast food junkies and it wouldn't make economic sense to not have halal fast food in SG.

Even MOS Burger, niche and overpriced as it is, is halal.

They're a demographic minority, but they eat fast food many times per month.

No wonder so many of them suffer from obesity and diabetes. What a waste of taxpayer's money to subsidize these junk food lovers in healthcare. Should just let these low productivity swines die earlier and not burden our healthcare resources.

I get what you are saying.

What I dont get is why the muslims have a problem with OTHER people not them eating food tha has not been prayed over in their liking.

Other people putting food in mouth. Not them.

Other people.

It is way rich to try to control what OTHER people eat in their presence.

What has it got to do with them? So their religion will say that they cannot eat at all if there is someone else eating unprayed food in their presence?

Man....

If you take the example of Swensen's:

Before going halal, food quality = average

After going halal, food quality = average

Final conclusion: No difference. Food still average. No improvement!
