First of all should not spend 500k on hdb if no money.
If already backside itchy bought already, should walk around concrete. A simple bed or best use straw mat.

this thread shows the level of maturity of the people posting to this thread. Even if you got the keys to your pigeon hole, you will still need to do simple reno like electrical wiring and place to house your kitchen sink, stove etc. Not everyone has the ability to spend a few k on such items, hence a reno loan. You are truly a prime product of the pap, please go out and see the world out there lots of poor people who cant even afford a decent curtain for their hdb houses.

The rule is simple . No money don't even think of buying something. Want something work for it and pay it. What for no money still want things. Reno being 1 of the stupidest .
