Here's one of my favourite J-pop love songs, from the 1980s:

Since we on J-pop, the one I really like is Mirae Kiriro. Beautiful voice. Simply amazing.

The Chinese version sang by 劉若英 is equally heart warming

Actually, the title of the song is "未来へ" (Mi Rai eh; meaning "to the future") by:
wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiroro
a female J-pop duo, who released that single in 1998:

The singer in your video is a non-Japanese (maybe Filipino or Indonesian or some Southeast Asian) doing her own cover version; maybe a professional, but still a cover, version.

Gosh, he is dashing! very nice voice too, melts my heart
He was one of Japan's most gifted young singer-songwriter-musician and first released that song (as part of an album) when he was in his late teens in the mid-1980s, but died suddenly because of some illness in his mid-20s in 1992 (but many people suspected he was murdered, possibly by jealous rivals), leaving behind a young wife and three-year-old son, who covered that same song some years ago when he was also in his late teens:

Takeshi, the video and sound quality isn't exactly that good for this one. But sad to hear that he has passed on.

I do not recall that you gave me 200 points to start?

I guess you guys are typical men, with due respect. You just need to possess something (in this case, points) which are rather useless to your life. Is it really a need or a want? Have you guys really thought about such "innate wants" in yourselves? I guess men are born with such traits.

I was informing boss, [leongsam], that I do not recall starting with 200 points.
As long as others do not reduce my points, it is not important that I accumulate points.
If others reduce my points, and the balance becomes negative, I believe that my posting privileges will be restricted and subject to moderation.

Yes, it was recorded by one of his friends at the "X'mas Party" with an old handphone in 2008 (when he was 19), but only uploaded to YouTube a few years ago...

Oh Charlie, I didn't meant any harm with my words. I was just curious about men's desires for tangible acquisitions instead of intangibles like feelings. I am sorry if I have offended you. My sincere apologies. I am also like that at work and somehow, some people cannot handle my straightforward nature, both women and men.

And by the way, I noticed that not only you, but others as well like to addressed him as Boss. Does he pay you guys a salary? In fact, he should be the one calling you guys - Boss - as without your posts and views, there is really no forum nor is there any money for him to make from advertisements if any.

Yes, I know he owns this forum, so he is the Owner, but surely, he can't be called a Boss.

Maybe I am just pedantic. Ignore me. :o

No worries.

I believe that there several individuals on this Forum who referes to Leong Sam as "Boss", so I am trying to address him as "Boss".

May be I will consider calling him Sam or the Administrator.

I used to be very blunt, but as I grow older, but not necessarily wiser, sometimes, I will sleep on it, and it usually becomes less of an issue.

Poomer, if you intend to ask me if I am still a virgin, I can tell you - NO.

I had a boyfriend in university days. As we graduated and started work, he went to a small company, while, because I am a second-upper honours graduate, I joined a bigger and reputable company. I think income disparity became a "touchy" point for him and we drifted, though I really did not mind paying for meals (which I did) and did not expect expensive gifts from him. Maybe he had an inferiority complex, but I certainly did not have a superiority complex.

If you asking whether I did slept with him before, I did. Nothing to be ashamed about as we are all adults.

Following the breakup, I enjoyed a couple of years of singlehood and through introduction from some of my girlfriends, I got to know a Brit. Well, it lasted for half a year as I do not subscribe to the "western" kind of culture and food. I am a typical Asian girl who enjoys local Asian dishes. Perhaps, its my grandma and mother's cooking which I enjoy most, and hence my orientation towards Asian culture and music.

Nonetheless, having a Brit as a boyfriend was an eye-opener, not only for myself but for my girlfriends who came to know about it. They will ask me the most inane questions - for instance if he was better in bed; if he is rich and the most stupid of all conclusion is that I can become a UK passport holder through marriage with him.

Anyway, it did not work out as there were too many cultural differences. Perhaps, I have a strong character that he cannot accept.

Wildest thing I have done, I am not sure which angle you are coming from. If you are referring to the intimate angle, well, I have done what couples usually do. I guess there is no need for specifics unless you have a fetish for such information.

I am single because I have decided to concentrate on my career. Maybe someone will come along, maybe not. It is fate. What is mine will be mine and what isn't will never be.

I hope it answer your questions
