my previous flat was in Seng Kang

after I sold my flat, I have to live with my mother in law house

which is in Hougang (WP ward) for about 2 months while my new

flat was under renovation

I was living in that SK house for 5 years

the high pressure cleaning of common walkway at my SK flat was

once in every 2 or 3 months

but in my mil house at Hougang the high pressure cleaning was done

twice at week

I was very impressed with the work schedule of the cleaning

contractor in WP ward

the cemented flooring was white in color all the time and it was so

clean that one can sleep on the floor

so who is that idiotic minister who say that in WP ward, the rubbish

will be 2 storey high
