Simple, lah. The picture is doctored with superimposition of LHL's image in the queue. LHL would not have to line up for his chicken wings; he only had to instruct his SO to buy it for him while he waited in his air conditioned car.

If the guy in the picture was really LHL, that stall holder would have served him first, no queue, and free chix wings as well. How often do you get the PM to buy from you?
