when Mr Low Thia Khiang gave the PAP govt a passing grade, thats his assessment. its not a thought experiment.

now, the WP apologist, suggesting that there are all kind of grades, when we talk about passing grades... come on. passing grade means passing grade. it means the PAP had pass according Low. don't tell me Low meant to say C6,and for some institution C6 is a failure??? come on...

Just concede that you prefer the PAP to any opposition party that currently can contest the elections. After all, you are helping to retain the PAP by noit voting the opposition.

Thanks for proving my point on your dual standards.

As usual, go about your labels. If anyone brought ridiculous claims against SDP or SDA and there is no one to defend, I would become their apologist. I am now pretty sure that you must be closer contact to the opposition camps than others realise.

Your logic is fine if you prefer the PAP. If not , you may want to state examples why the other opposition parties are close or no different to the PAP.

i had told u. if we vote in the Oppositions who are PAP apologists, wannabes, that would not help the cause of the Opposition.

u disagree.

why?

What? I think I don't need to do your homework for you. Readers may want to refer to the 13th post of this thread onwards.

the following is the post tat i start to use 95%...

lets suppose. this coming GE, on top of 2 seats won by Low and Chiam, the Opposition manage to get in 4 donkeys, 3 assholes, and 3 bicycle thieves.

these 10 new opposition MP, all of them adore LKY. they all find PAP's outlooks, philosophies 95 percent agreeable. (why they don't join the PAP, thats another matter...)

since the 10 new opposition MP, all of them are kind of 'comrade' of the PAP, they share the same idol, they share almost the same outlook and philosophies... why would the PAP be more accountable, responsive and compassionate?

how would these 4 donkeys, 3 assholes, and 3 bicycle thieves, their existence in the parliament, benefit the electorates who detest LKY, and disagree with the PAP??

its not obvious to u that this is a tot experiment?

when did i suggest to BOYCOTT ALL OPPOSITIONS??

look here, i suggest we observe them before we cast our vote. not like u, u suggest that just vote any donkey or bicycle thief, as long as they are running against PAP in the GE.

the choice is clear. for a anti-pap like me.

to me, i loath the PAP. so i will not vote for them.

now, if there are candidates running against the PAP in the area i reside, i will have to observe these candidates. who are they? what do they represent? what are their ideologies? do i find them agreeable?

if those candidates running against the PAP, they themselves sound just like the PAP, why should i as a anti-pap, vote for them??

Yes, Perspective and Locke may be looking silly arguing with you with reference to your voter's prerogative. Whether WP looks like 5% or 95% pro or anti PAP, it's up to individual voters to decide. Which policy matters most to individual voters, invariably differ among all voters.

In politics, there's no right or wrong. There're only winners and losers. Losing 5 voters to gain 95 is still winning. Losing 33 voters to gain 67 is still winning. Politics is about convincing or coercing the majority, not any particular individual who sounds more vocal.

Since you did not say Chiam and Low are "agree" with PAP (or changed your position on it) I will keep to my stand and vote them.

this forum not gonna close any sooner isn't it? maybe people in this forum would start a thread to talk about whether Chiam and Low find the PAP agreeable most of the time.

Are you sure anyone was talking about "voter's prerogative"? I see lots of "I", and "I" to me is not "voters' prerogative".

Exactly the "I" only. One person one voter only. His prerogative as a single voter. He decides his vote for himself based on what he knows and feels.

politics is not hard science. having said that, maybe some people might be able come up with a way to show that some Opposition parties are walking too damn close to the PAP.

Exactly. So everyone should desert all forums since they who cannot represent outside their prerogative is silly and should not discuss.

May I ask all of you this question.

When the next GE due for voting, will you vote PAP again?
or opposition party?

Many argued that opposition must have credibility to be voted but why must only "very" credibility one will be voted in times when we are desperate to remove PAP?

What is your PRIMARY OBJECTIVE for the vote?

Arent we suppose to vote out all PAP party to give our Singapore and its future a change?

Before you ask me who I will vote, ANY OPPOSITION candidates regardless their credibility even ah beng also I will vote, so long they have genuine interest to protect singaporeans and our future generation.

My primary objective is to remove PAP.

If you keeps arguing which oppostion party should be voted, then mark my word, PAP will continue to reign their power every General Elections.

This is why singaporean love to FUCK singaporean even at the stage when we are desperate PAP to be remove.

If you people really have the genuine interest to see the changes without PAP existence, you need to put a STOP debating about opposition choices.

If this continue, I bet my last dollar, PAP will continue to empower every singapore corners.

I will pack up in 2011 if PAP still remain the "people" choice.
