Not really fast actually, there is a limit to how fast breast stroke can go. Those freestyle swimmers then REALLY fast... never really learned free style when younger, now too lazy to learn new strokes.

6 pack of 330 ml cans, or two big bottles or Tiger, or 1 bottle of Caberner Savignon - no problem. With kaki to talk cock, can last all night non-stop. Mixed, don't know.

Push Ups = 50 to 60

Pull Ups = Able to do at least 6..

2.4 KM run = 30 to 40 mins.. ( Failed my 2.4 run in all past ICTs )

2. my bmi is 22.1
3. height : 1.71m weight: 63kg.
4. same age group with the principal:D
5. still looking good, kosong lines:p
 
Push-ups: 40 at one go (no rest)
Pull-ups: 5 (unweighted) at one go
Run:1.5km, more than 1 hour, most of the time walk.
Swim: 50m 2 min free style.

Streets, I really hate running ever since school days.. Thats why when playing football, I always play striker and lazy to drop back to help the defence..
