breakfast at IKEA...

whether for freebies or getting fucked by the traitors running this country.

what drives the behavior for wanting the freebies? because we needed the items in the freebies? or was it the element of surprise that entertains these folks in queue? at IKEA, it was hunger for me :p

Most of those in the queue were youngsters, probably planning to study in the library.

come on, bro... what study in the library... more like some hanky panky in some obscure corner in the library :p:p:p

Lucky me. I can't afford to have breakfast at a hawker center, let alone at IKEA.

Food served at IKEA is mostly processed.

hehehe, no lah, the public library layout is not like university library, hardly any obscure corners, anything they try to do will be in full sight of everyone else............ :D

but if you surmise that they spend more time on their communication gadgets than actually studying, that could be right..................... ;)

after all those smut surfing, no touch touch feel feel? aww...

there are TWO ikea stores in sgp and BOTH have shortcuts directly to the restaurant. what are you talking about??? are you even IN singapore???????

Tell me how to take the "short cut" to exit the Tampines store? They make you go one big round after your meal and can only exit at the cashier's counters and then must take travellator or lift to the ground floor. Unless you can open one of the windows and jump down?

There is a way you can exit the Tampines restaurant without having to go through the whole store. If you are able to finish your breakfast before the main store opens at 10 a.m, you may still take the passenger lift down to level one. However, if you finish breakfast after this time, then you have no option than to exit the store via the customer check-outs.

Basically, you have a 30 min window of opportunity to use this short-cut.

Yeah, the same with Ikea all over the world. The cafeteria is one of their biggest money churner..

Also the take away drinks, hotdogs and ice cream.. from Europe to Asia.. they do it all over. Soon they will be like the Big M (McDonalds).. you will have the Big I (or perhaps the swastika :p)

It is a private company. It does not need to see double digit growth in profits every year ...an unrealistic expectation put out by Wall Street. Ikea is a reflection of the Swedish society - a social-democratic economy.

Ikea founder is one of the richest man on the world
