The goal is to get customers to return their trays, do the washing and then at the end pay more for the food!! So that either gahment or operator can laugh all the way to the bank!!
Eating out is a "treat" for many sgps, and this treat includes not having to clean up. The mentality needs to change. In japan, customers will automatic clean up their mess. I wonder how long it took for japanese society to reach this level of graciousness.
