Heard that within 2 years, this chap being the CEO of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co Ltd has caused Sillypore from a major share holder to become a minority share holder. Sillypore eventually has to sold off all their shares and give the "whole grown up baby" to the PRC officials. What a waste of tax payers $$$.

the analogy may be right...but calling chicken knowing the risk is sometimes addictive, lust driven ...sex drive is very strong. but again , you can still have some protection, unless those who go raw. you still have a choice to put on the sarong. but drink driving - sure kana when the police stop you...sure kana!!!...wearing a sarong may not lead to a STD...you can prevent it.

I am familiar with Barker's case. He would have gotten off if the late prof Chao had updated himself with the new law wrt alcohol limits. Old timers in TP will know what took place.

On the contrary this proves that miw are given special treatment, and due to high profile nature of drunk driving, the courts have no choice but to avoid jail sentences for drunk driving for everyone in order to look impartial.

The appropriate punishment for drunk driving should be minimum one week jail. Then all the drivers will wake up their idea.
